Practice Makes Perfect
After a while, it seems that plain old 2D Photoshop images are lacking when it comes to creativity for some of your graphic design projects. Maybe you have thought about doing more 3D work but didn’t know where to start. The following Photoshop tutorials can help you create some nice objects. All that is needed is some time, a little persistence, and your talent as a graphic designer.

3D Billiard Balls
billard-ballsAt sometime or another you’ll need to create spheres or round objects in your graphic design work. Here’s a quick little tutorial that can help you to get your feet wet in designing round 3D objects.

You’ll learn how to add simple specular highlights and shiny texture to the billiard balls. The original background for this tutorial was a sickly green, but you can change the background color into something more eye-appealing or neutral. (more…;)

Photoshop Tutorial (Part II)

Take pictures, I usually use it to make examples of 3D images (create simple 3D images with photoshop). But the difference with the results of 3D images created using 3DMax software, the images can be viewed / played from all sides. Meanwhile, by using adobe photoshop, images can be viewed only from certain sides of our editing

Ok, let’s study together with Photoshop CS2. Below I will explain how:

3D pictures with Photoshop I

1. Find objects and images you want in the edit. For now, I use a mug. I will put my picture on the mug. I use a mug from three sides, the left side, front and right side

2. First, I’ll use a picture that the left side of the mug. Prepare the object mug and the picture you want posted

Cropping / Cut Image (Photoshop Tutorial Part I)

As a graphic design, photoshop software is not a stranger anymore. At work I use Photoshop CS2. The latest version of Photoshop is Photoshop CS5. Here I will explain several ways to cropping /cut image with Photoshop. Let us learn together about Photoshop ^^

I’ll explain how:

1.  Select the “Pen Tooll” in the toolbar on the left, or just hit the letter “P” (quick way)

2. Enlarge the image up to 300%. How, see the navigator box on the right, type “300%”. Why do we have to make the big picture? I did this so that edits or cut image looks fine (more…;)
